2. Application Use

• Anyone over the age of 13 may use the application.
• The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during registration.
• The application reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account in case of misuse or violation of terms.

3. Bookings and Payment

• All bookings are subject to real-time availability.
• Bookings must be confirmed through electronic payment via the available methods within the application.
• In case of user cancellation, cancellation fees may apply depending on the service type.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Users can cancel bookings no less than 12 hours before the event time.
• Full refunds may not be allowed after this time, and a portion of the amount may be deducted according to the establishment's policy.
• In case of cancellation by the establishment, the full amount will be refunded to the user.

5. Offers and Discounts

• Promotional offers and discounts are subject to the terms of each specific offer.
• Multiple promotional offers can be combined in the same booking unless otherwise stated.
• The establishment reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer without prior notice.

6. User Conduct

• Using the application for any illegal or harmful purpose is prohibited.
• Publishing or sending any offensive, racist, or content that violates public morals is prohibited.
• The establishment reserves the right to ban any user who misuses the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights related to content, design, logos, and software are owned by Icon Entertainment Establishment or its licensors.
• Using or copying any part of the application without prior written permission is not allowed.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• User data is collected and used in accordance with the privacy policy.
